The terms that govern this site and every proposal, project and retainer we issue.

These terms govern the use of rabiro.com and any proposal, quotation or statement of work issued by Rabiro, Mohali, India. Where a signed proposal conflicts with this page, the proposal wins. Last updated 20 September 2026.

Using this site

The content here — copy, design, code and imagery — belongs to Rabiro or to the clients who own the work shown. Client marks and screenshots appear as portfolio references and remain the property of those brands. You may link to the site; you may not copy sections of it into your own site or a pitch deck.

Enquiries and estimates

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices in a proposal hold for 15 days from the date of issue unless the document says otherwise. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing and the first invoice is settled.

Scope and change

• Every engagement runs to a written scope. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is started.
• Project work assumes two rounds of consolidated feedback per deliverable; further rounds are billed at the hourly rate in the proposal.
• Retainers run month to month with 30 days' written notice on either side.

Your responsibilities

Timely access to the store, ad accounts, domain, analytics and assets, one named approver, and feedback in the agreed window. Delays in these move the delivery dates by the same amount. You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, every asset you give us.

Advertising results

We manage spend against agreed targets and report honestly on what happened. Media platforms, auction dynamics and your own supply, pricing and stock are outside our control, so we do not guarantee a specific ROAS, CPA, ranking or revenue number, and no employee is authorised to do so.

Ownership and payment

Final deliverables transfer to you once the final invoice is paid. Until then we retain ownership. Working files, internal tooling, and anything we built before or outside the engagement stay ours. Invoices are due within the period stated on them; overdue amounts may pause work.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's commercial information private. We may show finished work publicly unless the proposal says we may not.

Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mohali, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: connect@rabiro.com.
