What we collect when you use rabiro.com, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

Rabiro ("we", "us") is a marketing, design and development agency registered in India, operating from Mirans Square, D-180C, 3rd Floor, Sector 74A, Mohali 140308. This policy explains what we collect through rabiro.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 20 September 2026.

What we collect

• What you send us. Name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, brand or website, and anything you type into the booking or growth-audit forms.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser, collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel.
• Audit material. If you ask for a growth audit, whatever access or data you choose to share about your store and ad accounts.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare and deliver a call or an audit, send you the proposal or report we discussed, invoice you if you become a client, and measure which channels bring us enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets analytics and advertising cookies through Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta pixel so we can see which campaigns produce enquiries. You can refuse or clear these in your browser at any time; the site works without them. We do not use cookies to build profiles beyond campaign measurement.

Who else sees it

Only the processors that run our business: Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace), Meta (advertising), our hosting and email providers, and our accounting software. They process data on our instructions. Client account data we are given during an engagement stays inside that engagement and is never shared with other clients.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and call data is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case business records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Audit material is deleted on request, or within 12 months of the audit.

Your rights

Write to connect@rabiro.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. We will act within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, the same rights apply under UK GDPR and GDPR; if you are in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords by email — we will always ask for access through the platform's own user invitation.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects data you have already given us, tell you by email.
