Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at connect@rabiro.com with the details of your case. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled service completion date.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
