We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a service, please refer to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellation is permitted only before the service has been initiated. Once the service has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.

Requesting a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us at connect@rabiro.com. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, and payment has already been made, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
